The Beginning of the End & a Beautiful Baby Card

The end that I am speaking of is not that of impending doom for our world or anything of great significance. It is really just the end of my sanity. I am slowly going crazy.

I am a stay at home mother who loves what I do, but I cannot handle being stuck at home for what feels like 24 hours a day talking to a lovely little girl that does not talk with me. That is not entirely true, she does respond, it is just normally with yells or sounds that she is learning or her favourite word of almost everyday, "dadda".

So this is the beginning of something to stop my end. This blog is to help me stay sane in a crazy time for me. I guess its just like my journal that I wrote growing up but now I am putting it out there for people to read in hopes that it will help someone.  Help someone find their crafty side or at least to learn from my mistakes, since I have made and continue to make a lot of them.

We just got back from church and it is a blustery day, little A is finally down for a nap, husband is out doing work in the garage and then getting diapers, and I am enjoying the quiet of the house, the clicking of the keys and all of the crazy directions my mind is running in. I have so many ideas of what I want to post that I am struggling to force myself to hold it back and share it on another day.

So today I will just post a card. My sister-in-law just had a baby girl and I am so excited to meet her. Her name is Cadence Nicole. I needed a Congratulations card to give to them and I wanted to use my new Elebration stamp from Stampin ' Up.   Seen here  http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=121175
